Unsubscribe from QB UK Desktop!

Received email from Catherine B(QB Team) on my posting.   

    Log into your CAMPs account using your Intuit account and then click QuickBooks Desktop.  In the Products & Services section, look for your subscription and then select Details. Verify this is the product or service you no longer need, then select Cancel Service. Select Continue to cancel. Confirm your cancelation by selecting Cancel Now.

I have gotten these instruction since before.  I have been trying to cancel since six months back, and I cannot get anywhere with the QB procedures for cancellation.   Is there anyone who can help me? Is there any agency (gov't) to call on to help.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

As far as I'm aware the only way to cancel a desktop account is to ring the support line and they will cancel the account on your behalf.  The steps you were trying for canceling the account are more likely the steps for the US product, not the UK on. 

 

If you ring the support line on 0808 168 9535 they will be able to cancel your desktop account there for you.
