Hi

in my account, the billing and subscriptions tab is blank, how can i upgrade my account?

Hello Community Users! We just wanted to pop in and update this thread regarding upgrading packages in QuickBooks Online.

 

In order to upgrade if you are getting a blank screen in the billing and subscription section if you can try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser (selecting all time in the date range) Then reload up QuickBooks or try in a private browsing window. Google Chrome is the best browser to use. 

 

You can then follow the steps below to upgrade the package. Any questions just ask.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
  5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
  6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to upgrade your plan.

Which subscription are you currently on and planning to upgrade to?

 

Are you currently paying for your own subscription or is this paid for on behalf on your QuickBooks Accountant?
