Hi there, rjwbailey.
I'm here to provide you information about viewing and printing credit notes. Then, route you to the right QuickBooks Support.
You should still able to view/print all historic invoices or credit notes after transferring your subscription to your accountant since you're the master admin. I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate the cause of the error. And, why you're unable to access the said entries.
Here's how to contact them:
1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about unable to access credit note.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
Please check this article to see steps on how you can set up, adjust, or check the printing alignment for all sales forms you create in QuickBooks Online: Print sales forms.
Don't hesitate to post again here in QuickBooks Community. I'm always here to help.
Thanks - support couldn't fix the problem but they did email me all the invoices/credit notes for the old billing so I now have the PDF copies.
I have another client with the same issue - she can't see any of her historic invoices since I took over her invoicing - so I guess I have to do it all again some day. And, yes, she is the master admin for her company and always has been :-(
