We have two email addresses set up on the system - administrator and accounts. Queries on a remittance advice always goes to the administrator. How do we change that?

I can provide information on how to change the email address so the queries on remittance advice will go to the administrator.

 

Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Company tab, then go to Contact info section.
  4. Click the pencil icon, then enter email address under Company email.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Done.

Once done, try to Pay Bills again.

 

That's it. I'm sure the queries on remittance advice will go to the administrator's email address.
