Question

What do I do if reconnection to my PayPal account says it has succeeded but it still shows as expired? Will I lose my data if I delete the account and try adding again?

Hello Zer0aster, In QuickBooks Online anything categorised remains in QuickBooks if you delete the connection from the chart of accounts However do not delete the chart of account itself. If you go to accounting>chart of accounts>on the drop-down by account history of the back account select edit>in the pop put a tick in disconnect this account on save and then save and close. Then go to banking to re-add the connection.
