When trying to connect a client's HSBC Bank Feed, how is the code generated that is needed after the Username and Password screen? Our client is now locked out of HSBC

Hi daniel22,

 

Codes are generated depending on how you've set up your bank. The information that we require is the same information you use when you log in to the HSBC bank website. Also, codes that are generated are coming from your bank.

 

Let your client contact HSBC so someone can unlock his/her account.
