When trying to update my bank accounts I get a message security info needed, but the link box within the message asking me to verify your info fails, anbody any ideas?

Hello Roger37, We can see you have asked this question on another Community page so apologies for duplicating the reply here.Can we ask are you trying this on a mobile device and do you have your banking app connected? If so could you uninstall the banking app and then connect to QuickBooks on the browser, it should then go through.

Hi I'm accessing QB on my main desk-top and never had this happen before. I usually get a screen asking for my security token but not this time. I'm well and truly stuck as I can't update my bank transactions.

Having done some investigation, it appears whilst all other links on the page come up with a URL when hoverred over the link inviting me to verify my information does not exist.
