When will I be able to see Receipts Tab under Banking? New Accountant to QBO and very frustrated that none of the forum / training appear relevant to my UK issues?

The new Receipts tab feature is already available to all QuickBooks Online (QBO) users. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you'll be to see it on the Banking page.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QBO, to act weirdly. Let's try logging into your QBO account using a different or a private browser. 

To use a private browser, here's how:      

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, go back and try to check the Receipts tab again.

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

If you can't still see the Receipts tab, I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and help you from there.
