Intuit prioritizes data security and uses advanced security measures, such as additional authentication when you log in to your account. Please note that 2-step verification, requiring two forms of identification, is in place to ensure the security of your account.

 

Before we proceed, let's check if your two-step verification is enabled. If it is, we can turn this off so you can log into your account using only your password. Please be aware that you'll still receive a prompt if you sign in on an unrecognized device.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. Click Sign in & security from your left menu.
  3. Find the 2-step verification tab, then switch it off if enabled.
