Why does it say I have no subscription when I have stopped and started subscription about 4 times.

When it came to my subscription to renew instead of just using my account like it always does in my bank, it came up saying I'm not subscribed anymore I checked my bank I had enough funds, but no matter what I do pause cancel and renew it will not register that I am subscribed anymore but I need this app to send my invoices on all of my work is on here!

Hello Beth, Thanks for coming along to the Community! We need to check the subscription to see why it's not finding it and get this resolved for you. Are you able to PM/DM Facebook or Twitter we're under Quickbooks UK with your email address you sign in with(we'd ask you to post here but it will auto redact private information)
