Why does it say I'm in a trial period when I'm not

Why have I had an ema telling me I'm in the last 10 days of my trial period when I've actually been using QuickBooks for years?

Hello there, geordie3.

Typically, if you have a paid subscription to QuickBooks, you should not receive an email notifying you of the expiration of a trial period. Let's review the reasons behind why you are receiving such emails.

Have you created a trial account for QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, it could be that you've accidentally open it. You can go to the Gear icon and select Switch company to choose the appropriate one.

On the other hand, if you have already accessed the appropriate QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, you can reach out to our Support Team. They can assist in verifying your subscription status and investigating the cause of the error you're encountering.

  1. Within your QBO account, click ?Help icon.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Select Chat to start a conversation- We're open Monday-Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm British.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or require assistance with QuickBooks. We're here to help whenever you need it. Take care and stay well.
