Why does my app and online version say it is a trial subscription but it shouldn’t be. I’ve given my details to set it up as a permanent service?

Hi @justin31,

 

If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app was downloaded from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, then you'll need to contact them for your subscription inquiry. 

 

If it came from Intuit, check the actual subscription status using a browser. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Tap the Billing & Subscription tab. 

This page shows your QBO company's subscription status. If it shows you're in a trial subscription, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for further assistance. They can pull up your account info within a secure environment, and investigate as to why your company is showing up as a trial.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company in question.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
