Question

Why does QB charge over price than my subscription fee? And previous time QB charged on my trial period and there is no clarifications and no refund.

This isn't what I want you to experience with QuickBooks, karunika-associa.

Let me make it up to you by ensuring these charges get reviewed.

Current charges are dependent upon a subscription's original price. Once the discounted rate expires, you'll be automatically charged with the regular service amount.

If you're already subscribed for a long time, let's review the detailed information on your rates in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & subscription.
  4. There, you can see the billing info.

Aside from that, you can check the description on your bank or credit card statement to help us identify where the charge is originating from.

You can also visit this article to learn the other possible reason for the charge: Understand your Subscription Rates.

To make sure the overprice and the refund amount gets double-checked, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They can review the logs made about these charges. They can also determine its cause to ensure it won't happen again.

Additionally, I've added our Account management article for reference. There, you can browse topics that'll help in ensuring your book's details are accurate.

If you have non-billing concerns or questions, please let us know. I'll be more than happy to help. Keep safe always!
