Why don’t I see bill and subscriptions in my account

These could be a data issue in your browser, @darren12.

 

Thus, you're unable to view your Billing &Subscription page in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let's access your QBO account via a private or incognito window to double-check. 

 

Stored data for a while can affect the views and performance of your QBO. To start, you may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private or incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P 

If you're able to view your Billing & Subscription page, then we'll need to clear your regular browser's cache. This will delete all the stored data and prevents unusual behavior.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way we can check if this is a browser-related issue.
