Why have I been charged £9 for quickbooks self employed rather than the £3.99 as advertised?

Hi jselectrical8-go We can see that there are two accounts, a SimpleStart product that is billed via a 3rd Party and a Self employed product that was subscribed to yesterday and the charge is 9.60.
