Why is my account saying expired?

Hello there, @powerflushwizard.

 

If you're using a free trial for QuickBooks Online (QBO), your account will expire after 30 days. If you'd want to continue, you can subscribe to a paid subscription. You can update your billing information inside QuickBooks to continue your subscription. 

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu. 
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Select Billing & Subscription.
  5. Choose Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  6. Click Subscribe.
