Why is my subscription not showing as paid

I've paid my subscription but I am unable to use quickbooks

Beforehand, may I know if you were able to log in to your account? If so, I recommend you check the status of your subscription. It's possible that the payment didn't go through.

 

If this is not the case, let's make sure you're using the correct login details where you paid for your subscription. You'll want to check all of your active email addresses for the confirmation receipt. When you find the receipt in one of them, you'll want to use it to log in to your account.
