Hello leanies_kitchen👋, QuickBooks Online is a monthly subscription service so you would get charged monthly for it. You only have one subscription is that correct? Do you have FaceBook or Twitter? If so could you send us a private message with a screenshot showing the multiple payments and we can get this resolved for you?

If you are using QBO SS, you pay the discounted price for 6 months. Once it is over, you have to pay the regular rate (i.e GBP 12 exclude tax).
