Question

Anyone else battling with the Nedbank banking feed? Axing Quickbooks at the end of this month. Useless.

Hello there, @KateW85. I'll share some information about updating your bank feeds.

Could you share the error message or code that your customers are receiving? This information allows me to investigate the problem and provide the best potential solution.

Meanwhile, I'd recommend checking the bank's website to see whether it's down for maintenance or experiencing server troubles.

  1. Log in to the website of your bank or credit card. If you're having trouble signing in, contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.
  2. Look for any messages, alerts, or notifications. If something isn't working, these should alert you.
  3. Review your account pages, transaction history, and account history. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.

If everything is in order on their end, manually update the bank connection in QuickBooks. It will refresh and remove connection issues.

Alternatively, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online to ensure that they are current.

That should keep you up and running. If there's anything I can do for you or questions about bank feeds, drop me a comment below. I'm always around to help.
