Bank account amount does not match quickbooks amount under banking tab?

Most of the time, the Bank Balance and the In QuickBooks balance will not match. The reasons for this are:

• There are recorded payments in QuickBooks that are not deposited in the actual bank.
• The payments do not post in the bank yet.
• There are incorrect or missing transactions in the bank register.

What you'll want to do is make sure you can reconcile your account.
