With the QuickBooks mobile app, we can connect to your online banking. This way, QuickBooks will automatically download your transactions.

Here’s how to easily connect them:

1. Select Banking from the main menu.
2. To add a new account, select +.
3. Look for your financial institution. Alternatively, you can pick from a list of well-known banks.
4. From the search results, choose your bank.
5. Log in to your bank account.
6. Select an account to connect to by following the procedures. Alternatively, choose a QuickBooks account to which the bank account should be mapped.
