Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @-dmwkagesielectr.

Delinking your bank account from QuickBooks Online is easy peasy. I'd be happy to guide you through the process.

Before we proceed, please know that disconnecting bank accounts only stops QuickBooks from downloading new transactions and does not change your existing accounting data.

Once you're ready to delink your bank account, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Transactions/Banking from the left menu.
  3. Choose the bank account you want to disconnect. Then, click the pencil icon.
  4. Select the Edit account info button.
  5. From the Account window, put a checkmark to the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  6. Click Save and Close.

The steps above will help you delink your bank account from QuickBooks. I'm adding this article for more guidance: Disconnect accounts connected to online banking in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to reconnect it anytime soon, you can add your bank account as you normally do. Or if you don't want to reconnect it, you can manually import your bank transactions into QBO.

Don't hesitate to leave a reply below on how it goes, @-dmwkagesielectr. I want to make sure your issue is taken care of. Have a good one.
