I find it challenging to link my bank a/c with quickbooks due to the bank page requires me to insert my full banking details e.g. Bank, pin, password.

Welcome to the Community, @ncube-thandi-gma.

Thank you for posting. I'd be glad to help you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online.

If you connect a bank or credit card account to QuickBooks, you also need to provide all the necessary bank information.

However, if you'd like, you can manually upload transactions to your account. Let's go ahead and go through the first step:

  1. From the left pane, select Accounting.
  2. Open the Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the bank or credit card account you want to upload the transactions into.
  4. Select Account history.
  5. Find and write down the date of the oldest transaction. Usually, the oldest transaction is the opening balance.

For the remaining steps, please feel free to utilize this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
