Let me help you match the online banking deposit transactions in QuickBooks, @info-mrparkandtr.

You can match the deposit to an invoice. This way, it will depict an account receivable amount on the customer's account.

Also, make sure to take note of the date and the deposit value so that it will automatically detect the invoice when you match each bank deposit transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Click + New and then select Invoice.
  2. In the Customer field, pick a client name.
  3. Enter the product/service, amount, and then provide the invoice date.
  4. Hit Save and close.

Once done, you can then match the deposit transaction in the For review tab to the invoice. The amount will now show as an account receivable in the customer's account.

In addition, you'll want to filter your profit and loss reports to see crucial income and expense details, you can customise them in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to know more about matching transactions and running reports, please tag me (@Jovychris_A) for assistance. I'll reply as quickly as I can. Take care always!
