Linking Bank account

Good Day,

 

I bank with Nedbank, and I am battling to link my account with QuickBooks.

My profile details are still the same, no change, etc, even my Bank confirmed all is 100% on their side and mine.

 

please could anyone assist, as this is a concern, as I cannot use QuickBooks fully?

 

the Nedbank online has a new link source, please load this, as the old Nedbank online banking will fall away, and a lot of people have changed their details already to new online banking

Thank you for sharing detailed information about what you've done on your end. Let me help you get the support you need regarding the banking issue in QuickBooks.

 

Since you already confirmed with your bank and your profile details are still the same, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them will be able to check the issue further using access and tools unavailable to me.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat
