Looks like the connection to First National Bank (Pennsylvania) isn’t available right now. Try again in a few hours. (101)

Received the message "Looks like the connection to First National Bank (Pennsylvania) isn’t available right now. Try again in a few hours. (101)," when I tried to reconnect with my bank. I have tried to update the account for several days but always receive the 102 error (telling me to try again later).  It was working through 2/29/20, but not since that day.

Thank you for bringing this into our attention. This issue has already been reported, and our Online Banking team is currently working on a fix to be deployed soon.

 

So you'll be included on the list of our affected users, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team. Once you're added, you can expect an email from time to time, informing you of updates regarding this investigation. You can refer to this investigation number: INV-42966.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
