Question

Standard bank conducted updates over the weekend and i can no longer connect to my bank feed.Has anyone else had this problem and managed to resolve it?

Let’s perform a manual update to refresh the connection of the account. I'm here to help and guide you.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose the Banking option.
  2. From there list, select Nedbank and hit the Update button.
  3. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
