I'll take care of your query about the bank transactions not dated in chronological order, @Michal3.

 

To begin with, you can easily arrange your bank account transactions in chronological order on your banking page by selecting the dropdown button in the Date column to rearrange the transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the left navigation panel and select Transactions.
  2. Select the account tile you're working on.
  3. Toggle the dropdown button in the Date column to rearrange the transactions.

After that, you should be able to proceed with categorizing and matching online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
