1 of my Bank feeds isn’t updating, there is no errors, but for some reason it hasn’t updated in 10 days. All my permissions are up to date. It’s a santantder bank account

I'd be happy to help you update your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'd also like to ask if you have encountered any errors when checking the banking page.

 

There are two possibilities why your bank isn't updating automatically:

 

  • There are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention, such as updated new terms of service, but not limited to other site changes.
  • The bank is performing system maintenance. 

For now, you can manually click the Update button to refresh the connection. I'd be glad to show you the way. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Banking.
  2. In the Banking page, click on the Update button.

 

If you're still not able to see the new bank transactions in the Banking page, I'd suggest updating your sign-in information for online banking. Then,  try to connect your Santander account again.
