Accountant failing to gain access and getting “update payment details” notification when they try to login.

As the title says, my accountant can not get access to my account and gets a “update payment details” notification when she tries.

 

I've deleted and added her three times to no avail. 

I’ve had to give her my login details so she can start the VAT work for September. 

 

Can you help?

Hello @Jamie660,

 

Since your accountant is still unable to login even after resetting the user's access rights, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can pull up you're account, securely, and create a case or ticket ID to be submitted to our engineers for further investigation about this unexpected behavior.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Tap Contact Us.
  3. Enter Accountant Access - Updated Payment Details in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callbackChat, or Call us.
