Adding bank account

I've just started using QB and am trying to add my bank account, everything works fine up to the point where the pop-up askes me to choose the account to add, I can see the account and the blue tick but I cant select it,

I have tried turning off the firewall but that hasn't helped

What bank account are you trying to connect up in Quickbooks and what is the bank account type you trying to add? 

 

Are you trying to do this on the app or web browser version? If it is the web browser you doing it on which web browser are you using?
