Always get " There was an error saving the trip" while using the app. to log in mileage.

Hi,

 

Each time i use the app. to register my mileage, I always get "There was an error saving the trip".

 

The trips end up being saved in the browser (most of them), but without the description info I entered.

Really not reliable and twice the work (especially since I can't see them in the app and sort them in my off times).

 

I have authorized the app. in all possible ways.

 

Any tips? Thanks!

Hi there, @ManuelLessard. Let me share some troubleshooting to get past this error. 

 

For most general issues in the QuickBooks Online mobile app, clearing the app's cache can do the trick. By doing this, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

 

Here's how:

Mobile App

  1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile App, select the Gear icon. 
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu. 
  3. Tap Yes.

 

Android Settings

  1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data.

 

If removing them doesn't resolve it, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the system.
