And it says in connected in my banking app, but it’s saying that I need to reconnect to bank in the quick books app. When I try and it takes me back to my banking app, nothing happens, and it still says I need to reconnect. Anyone else had this probl

You can uninstall and reinstall the app to update your phone's operating system to the latest version. This fixes the unexpected behavior of the product.

 

Here's how to delete the mobile app for QuickBooks:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

 

Then, reinstall the app. Make sure you're using the same credentials you used when signing in on a web browser.

 

Once you're connected to your account,  exclude transactions downloaded from your bank to avoid duplication.
