I’m here to help and ensure you’ll be able to connect your bank account to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. 

 

Can you share with me the name of the bank you’re trying to connect to? This way, I'll be able to verify and check for any open investigation. 

 

In the meantime, you need to try to connect your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can rule this out by using an incognito window: 

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Log in to your Self-Employed account, then connect your bank again. When you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. 

 

Though, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can add transactions manually from a CSV file. Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
