Let's fix the error with some troubleshooting steps, Alys. So, you can connect your CAF bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can perform the basic browser troubleshooting process to isolate the issue.
You'll want to restart your browser. Then, try connecting your bank in an incognito or private browser.
You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +
If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. Either way, you can use another supported browser.
However, if error 105 persists, I suggest contacting your Financial institution. Since error 105 can also be a bank's end issue, their website may undergo maintenance or have server issues that can also cause connectivity issues with the bank. See this article for details and fixes: Fix bank errors 102 and 105.
Once the error eliminates and you successfully connect the bank to QBO, you'll want to match and categorise the transactions and then reconcile your account. Check out the following articles for guidance:
