Question

Apple iPad app will not refresh or synch data. Problem appeared when Barclays Bank needed approval which was resolved - all devices have now synched but not the iPad?

After checking the connection, you can perform the recommended troubleshooting steps. Damaged QuickBooks files cause unusual behavior or results when navigating the app.

 

I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh the stored cache data and download new files. For iOS, you can follow the instructions on how to download it on the App Store again: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

Once done, enter your login credentials to access your QuickBooks account. You should be able to refresh or sync data without any issues moving forward.
