Bank account no long syncing up and saying it is closed and now itcis showing 2 accounts. 1 open and 1 closed but not getting transactions through

I am still not able to link my accounts to quick books so i am still unable to use the full service. 

is there any chance i might be able to get help and assistance with this please

Did you encounter an error message while trying to connect your bank, Shez87?

 

Let's try again to connect your bank account:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Bank accounts.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue.
  3. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

If you're unable to find your bank, you can import your transactions manually.

Furthermore, you've mentioned about full service, QuickBooks Self-Employed only has the standalone and tax bundle version. Please give us a reply so we can assist you further if you're using a different QuickBooks subscription.
