Hello PS441, thanks for reaching out to the Community about your bank connection.  We have done a background refresh based on that error message you provided, can you try and connect the bank again. Let us know how you get on.

Unfortunately it's still the same, just a blank page 😞 

I'm doing this on my phone - in case it makes a difference (hopefully not because I can't remember my banking password 😆)

Hello PS441, okay, thank you for trying that, we need to look into this further.  Can you confirm the bank and also if you are doing this through the QuickBooks app or through the browser on your phone?
