Question

Bank account was connected no problem and now it won’t let me reconnect. It’s says ‘success’ but then it tells me there’s still a problem, any ideas?

I would love to help you, but I need some extra details about your concern. This way, I'll be able to provide you an accurate solution. What bank are you using to verify if there are any related issues with it? Did you encounter any error codes?  I would also appreciate if you can provide me additional information about the error you've experience.

As a workaround, you can manually upload the transaction into QuickBooks
