Bank charges are allowable but they keep showing as disallowable? I have tried other financial charges and bank charges? Also I work from home but I have to rent a hall for my classes so why is the rent for that room showing as disallowable? Many tha

Hello Lillie A, we'd need to look at your account specifically as yes that is the correct category for bank charges, regards the rent what hours do you have in the tax profile as work from home and what category are you using for rent? Do you have FaceBook or Twitter? If so can you PM or DM QuickBooks Uk with a screenshot of the tax summary and the tax profile and we can look into why this is happening for the former and in more detail at the latter😊

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem.  My clients bank charges are all allowable but the figure has been split between allowable & disallowed - can someone assist me please? I've tried changing categories etc but to no avail.  Many thanks for your time.
