Bank connection issue

I am trying to connect my bank (hsbc). It says it’s connected on my online banking (sharing data) but quickbooks says no bank is connected. I’ve tried reconnecting - everytime it gets halfway through and then freezes. There is no helpline to call. Your product is terrible, your customer service is worse.

  2. In the Link account ▼ dropdown, select Manage Connections.
  3. Then, toggle on the switch for any additional account you want to connect (HSBC bank).

 

However, if this doesn't work, let's log in to your QBO account using a private or incognito window. Sometimes, too much cache build-up in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

You can also use other supported browsers to determine what computer and browser you need for the best experience when using QuickBooks.
