Before we start, may I know the name of your financial institution? This way, I can check if there are other appropriate steps you can perform to renew your bank connection.

 

In the meantime, I'll be providing common fixes to help resolve bank connection renewal issues. Your bank may have ongoing system maintenance. To check this, you can log in to your online banking website to see if there are notifications that require your attention. You can also contact your bank to verify if you're using the correct login credentials.

 

In addition, you may consider logging in to QuickBooks Online in an incognito browsing mode or other privately supported browsers. This may be a cache issue that prevents you from logging in to your online banking account to link it to QuickBooks. From there, you can renew your bank connection and able to categorise or match transactions.
