bank feeds

I renewed my bank feed for HSBC and now my current account is not receiving the bank feed but my savings account is getting my current account feeds so this is now incorrect, what can i do to rectify this problem

You can exclude the bank transactions that are downloaded to the wrong account, then manually update them to the correct one. Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Proceed to the For Review tab, then select the checkboxes of the transactions to exclude.
  3. From the Batch actions drop-down, choose Exclude Selected.

 

If they're already added or reviewed, here's how to do it:

 

  1. Proceed to the Reviewed tab, then place a checkmark on the transactions.
  2. Click the Undo button and they will do back to the For Review tab.
  3. Follow the steps above to exclude them.

 

They will now to go the Excluded tab for reference or review, but are not tracked or reported as part of your business finances and don't appear in any associated account registers or reports. For more information, consider checking out this article: Exclude downloaded bank transactions.
