Let's get your HSBC bank feeds working again, user86418. This way, you'll be able to download your transactions and keep your accounts updated.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is upgrading your bank feeds to comply with the Open Banking regulations. You can re-trigger your bank's connection to automatically download your recent transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Search for your bank (HSBC), then click Continue.
  4. Read through the terms and conditions, then click Agree.
  5. Follow the steps on your bank's banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account.
  6. In the QuickBooks page, select the bank accounts you want to connect.
  7. Select Connect.

Once done, your transactions will be available for evaluation in the For Review tab. Then, you can assign a payee, category, class, or location to each them as needed. For the detailed steps, you can check out this article: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also contains information on how to exclude your personal or duplicate transactions.

Moreover, in case you're still not getting the latest transactions, I'd recommend performing the suggested resolutions in these articles below:
