Connection expired and "re-authorisation approved"... But account still not showing new transactions

Welcome back to QuickBooks Community. Allow me to assist you with the bank connection.

 

It's great to know that the re-authorisation is approved. You can manually update it to help in downloading the transactions. Go to the Banking/Transactions menu and select Banking. Then, tap the Update button.

 

If the same thing happens, you'll want to check with your bank. Any bank issues will result in connection errors and won't download the transactions. 

 

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload the transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a supported file from the bank or create your own that you can import.
