Bank membership

Hello I have just started using qb. Im trying to add my bank account and it's requesting a membership number. I have no idea where to find this as I always use my banking app on my mobile wjivh requires a passkey or log into the site using my desktop which requires a pinsentry card. I have never used a 'membership number

    Hi Jacwat.

     

    Thanks for getting in touch with the Community.

     

    The information you need when connecting your bank account with QuickBooks would be the same information use when logging in to your bank account online. If it is asking for a membership number then this will be the main user ID that you use when log into your banking.

     

    Make sure that when you select your bank from the list on QuickBooks that you are selecting the correct bank and bank type (Personal or Business). It should ask for the Pinsentry number separately but the Membership number will be the main user id you use to log into your bank account on your banks website.
