bank rec date and day incorrect

Hi

When I choose my date to reconcile my date the day and date do not match

31st July 2024 is showing as a Thursday but it is actually a Wed

 

But if I recieve a payment to the bank it is showing the correct day and month

 

Any help would be appreciated

I'd be grateful if you could clear the cache and cookies on your browser for all time https://intuit.me/4cqJP7c and/or use an incognito/private window. If you still experiencing the same issue I'd also be grateful if you could access your QuickBooks account on a mobile device using 4/5G, not WIFI, using a browser, not the app, to establish if you're experiencing the same issue.
