Bank Reconnection does not work and stuck in loop

Hello,

 

Hope you are well.

In UK, not bank needs to be reconnected every 90days. I tried to do so today and it just does not work.

I press reconnect from notification, press button and get separate page for reconnection, press button to reconnect, I get forwarded to my bank, add all login details, log to my bank connect, go back to qbooks it says connected, all done, got tick and then 1second later page refreshes back to where I was previously and ask me to reconnect. Tried many time and just stuck in the loop. I'm not getting any errors, nor I work with bank in additional notification message, neither I get those additional errors mentioned in that message. 

 

Does anyone has same issue and found a solution?

Hi Dode, thanks for your post - if the account does not update following the re-authorisation process, you may be experiencing a 350 banking error which can be fixed by disconnecting and re-connecting the account. To disconnect, select the pencil icon above the bank balance > edit account info > tick 'disconnect this account on save' > save - you can then re-connect by selecting 'Link account' on the banking dashboard. Please check that any transactions in the 'For-Review' tab have been added/matched before disconnecting, as they may be removed in the process. 👩‍💻

Hi

 

I've had the same issue, have disconnected the bank feed and now trying to reconnect, the Barclaycard page to input the login details remains blank - see screenshot attached.  

 

This is soooo frustrating!  I'm not blaming QuickBooks at all.  Just seems nothing about reconnecting with Barclaycard is ever straightforward - ie, the functionality to keep individual card holders' data feeds separate was just removed without any notification last year too but took months of shilly-shallying around till we just gave up and had to accept it. Grrr.

Hi Siobhan, thanks for joining this thread - please check that you have pop-up blockers disabled and then try adding the account by signing into QuickBooks through a private browsing/incognito window (on Chrome or Microsoft Edge press Ctrl-Shift-N to open this). 👩‍💻
