You've come to the right place, @gregrobert-cwgsy

Let's determine if this is a browser-related issue by accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito browser. The private mode does not store cache and will provide you with a clean slate to prevent issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, check to see if your bank still updating. If not, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser to eliminate old and damaged files. If the same thing happens, you can also use another supported browser or device as an alternative.

However, if the browser troubleshooting steps do not work, you can disconnect your bank account to stop the update and reconnect it again.

Also, reconciling your account must be done regularly to make sure it matches your real-life bank balance. When finished, the program will automatically generate a report that you can use as a reference for future reconciliations.

You can always count on me if you have any other questions about managing your bank accounts. It's my pleasure to assist you once more. Take care.
