Hi,

We have successfully set up our Bank feed for QBO. 

our issue is that the link is supposed to last for 90 days before you are prompted to reconnect.

This seems to be happening more regular than that, more like once a month.

How can I ensure that this only happens every 90 days.

Hi Relhcstirt, thanks for your post - the link should remain stable and syncing for 90 days, can we check which provider you're with and whether you've updated any bank security details during this time such as password, or have been issued with a new PINsentry device?

We are with Bank of Ireland.

No we haven't updated any bank security details.
